Get a copy of your data

You can take a copy of your data whenever you like, without asking us.

How

Sign in and open /account/export. It is linked from the data-rights panel on your profile. You get a JSON file containing what BandHQ holds about you.

What is in it

The export is account-wide, not band-specific. One login can belong to several bands — plenty of players do — and the file covers all of them in one go rather than making you repeat the exercise per band.

Why it exists

UK data protection law gives you a right of access and a right to portability. Rather than make you email us and wait a month, the app hands it to you directly.
